Discussion The proposed project is a commercial center on an infill property in an existing business park sur- rounded by business park uses. The subject property is zoned PUD-C (Planned Unit Development - Commercial) District. This development is consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan land use desig- nations. The project will not include any activities or uses causing substantial adverse effects on human beings either directly or indirectly or on the environment. The project has been designed to meet the general development standards required by the City of Pleasanton and will incorporate conditions of ap- proval to meet local codes and regulations. 1'he project design and conditions of approval reduces po- tential impacts to a /ess-than-significant-with-mitigation-incorporated, /ess-than-significant-impact, or no-impact.
