The subject property is zoned PUD-C (Planned Unit Development - <br />Commercial) District. This development is consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan land use desig- <br />nations. The project will not include any activities or uses causing substantial adverse effects on human <br />beings either directly or indirectly or on the environment. The project has been designed to meet the <br />general development standards required by the City of Pleasanton and will incorporate conditions of ap- <br />proval to meet local codes and regulations. 1'he project design and conditions of approval reduces po- <br />tential impacts to a /ess-than-significant-with-mitigation-incorporated, /ess-than-significant-impact, <br />or no-impact. <br />Pleasanton Gateway Initial Study Page 36 of 37 November 8, 2006 <br />
