<br /> <br />August 4, 2006 <br /> <br />pLEASANTON@ <br /> <br />RE: Proposed Addition and Garage at 4546 Second Street (PADR-1338IPV-131) <br /> <br />Your name appears on a petition opposing the proposed project at 4546 Second Street. <br />The project is for: (I) administrative design review to demolish approximately 470 <br />square feet of the existing home and construct an approximately 2,222-square-foot two- <br />story addition, an approximately 833-square-foot basement and an approximately 950- <br />square-foot detached garage; and (2) variances from the Municipal Code to: (a) increase <br />the floor area ratio (FAR) from 40 percent to 45 percent; (b) reduce the right (south) side- <br />yard setback from 5 feet to the existing 3.85 feet; and (c) increase the height of the garage <br />from 15 feet to 20.5 feet. This item is scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing on <br />Thursday, August 10,2006 at 3:30 pm. The hearing will be held at 200 Old Bernal <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />I have enclosed, for your convenience, the revised set of plans (dated, "Received, July 25, <br />2006) that will be discussed and decided at the hearing. For our records, we are <br />requesting you fill out the brief survey below to ascertain whether or not you still oppose <br />the project.
