All building plans shall indicatc in the gcneral <br />notes or individual detail drawings. where feasiblc. the Green Building mcasurcs to be <br />used to attain lhe applicable Grecn Building rating. Notwithstanding anv other provision <br />of this Municipal Code. no building permit shall bc issued for anv Covered Proiect unlcss <br />and until the Green Building Compliancc Official has approvcd the Pre-Pcrmitting <br />Documentation submitted for the Covered Proiecl. <br />b. Compliance Review: Building Division sta!Tshall verity that the gGreen <br />bBuilding measures and provisions indicaled in the r.!?re-p.!?ermitting dDocumentation <br />are being implemented at foundation inspection, framing inspection, and prior 10 issuance <br />of a final certificate of occupancy. The Green Building Compliance Official or the <br />Building Division staff'may also conduct olher inspections as needed to ensure <br />compliance with this Chapter.
