Design Review-Prc-Permitting Documentation: In conjunction with the <br />application for Design Review or Planned Unit Development Design Review, whichevcr <br />is applicable, lhe aApplicant shall submit documentation indicating the mcasures to bc <br />used to achievc thc applicable LEED+M-Grccn Building raling ("Prc-Pcrmitting <br />Documentation"). The docuffiefltntion, which shall be submitted to the Green Uuilding <br />. Compliance Official for review, shall also iH4ieate how many credits the covered projeet <br />will achieve in each category and the level ofLEED+M certifieatitm that .....ill be met. The <br />Citv encourages the Applicant to usc a LEED-accredited professional or similarlv <br />experienced person to preparc thc Pre-Permitting Documentation. This documentation <br />shall include: <br /> <br />(I) the applicablc Green Building Project Checklist; <br />(2) the applicable Green Building Worksheet with an analysis of each <br /> <br />credit claimed; and, <br />(3) any other doeumenlation that may be necessary to show compliance <br />with this Chapter. <br />b. Building Permit Documentalien: For buiWiflg permits, the applicant shall <br />submit a completed GreeR Uuilding Project Checklist 'lI'ith the firsl building permit pHm <br />set submitted. f.1I building plans shall indicate iR-the general notes or individual detaH <br />drawings, where feasible, the green building measures to be used to attain the applieabk <br />+M <br />LEED rating.
