Annual Fee Modification: The dollar amounts shown on the fee schedule shall be <br /> modified each January as follows: (i) prior to the City's acceptance of the public <br /> infrastructure, the increase (or decrease) shall equal the percentage change in the <br /> Consumer Price Index CCPI") (San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose, all urban <br /> consumers) using the most recent published index available. <br /> <br /> <br />
