Any notice required or permitted to be <br />given to City under or pursuant to this Agreement shall be made <br />and given in writing, if by mail, with postage thereon fully <br />prepaid, registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, <br />addressed to: <br /> <br />city of Pleasanton <br />200 Bernal Avenue <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566-0802 <br />Attn: city Council <br />City Attorney <br />City Manager <br />Planning Director <br /> <br />and if personally delivered, to the City Clerk, at the City Hall, <br />together with copies marked for the City Council, City Manager <br />and City Attorney. <br /> <br />13.3 Effect of Notice.
