A) Adopt Ordinance No. 2306 approving: (1) Annexations (P18-0078) of parcels <br />totaling 130.98 acres from unincorporated Alameda County to the City of <br />Pleasanton; (2) General Plan Amendments (P18-0079) redesignating residential <br />areas from Open Space–Public Health and Safety to Low Density Residential and <br />open space areas from Low Density Residential to either Open Space–Public <br />Health and Safety or Open Space–Parks and Recreation; (3) Rezoning (P18-0081) <br />parcels from Pre-Zoned PUD–OS-A&G/OS-PH&S/LDR/HOZ (Planned Unit <br />Development–Open Space–Agriculture and Grazing/Open Space–Public Health <br />and Safety/Low Density Residential/Housing Opportunity Zone) Districts to PUD– <br />OS-A&G/OS-PH&S/LDR (Planned Unit Development–Open Space–Agriculture and <br />Grazing/Open Space–Public Health and Safety/Low Density Residential) Districts; <br />(4) A Planned Unit Development (PUD-130) to construct 28 detached single-family <br />residences, demolish and reconstruct two existing single-family residences, and <br />install related on- and off-site improvements and infrastructure; and (5) A Vesting <br />Tentative Tract Map (Tract 8569) to subdivide parcels totaling 128.5 acres into <br />either single-family lots or private and public open space; and <br /> <br />B) Adopt Ordinance No. 2307 approving a Pre-Annexation and Development <br />Agreement <br />Library and Recreation <br />4. Approve annual street closures for 2026 <br />Public Works <br />5. Adopt resolutions preliminarily approving the Engineer’s Reports for Landscape <br />Maintenance Districts 1984-1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado), 1993-1 (Windsor), 1993-2 <br />(Bonde Ranch), 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), and 1995-1 (Moller Ranch), declaring the <br />City’s intention to assess the properties for the cost to operate and maintain the <br />districts; and setting July 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. as the date and time for the public <br />hearing <br />6. Accept public improvements performed by Bay Cities Paving & Grading, Inc., for <br />the Hopyard Road at Owens Drive Intersection Improvements Project, CIP <br />No.15525 and approve budget amendments <br />7. Accept public improvements performed by Integra Construction Services, Inc. for <br />the Lions Wayside and Delucchi Park Renovations, CIP No. 06716, and approve a <br />budget amendment in the Park Development Impact Fee Fund <br />8. Authorize the City Manager to enter into Professional Services Agreements with
