Review and provide feedback on the proposed changes to the Library Commission <br />as defined in the Pleasanton Municipal Code (PMC) Chapter 2.34 <br /> <br />Presented by Heidi Murphy, Director of Library and Recreation. <br /> <br />5. Recommend the City Council adopt a resolution updating the Master Fee Schedule, <br />Section I, D.
