Adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a letter agreeing to a transfer of 18 <br />Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) units from the County of Alameda to <br />the City of Pleasanton in conjunction with the approved annexation of the Merritt <br />Property, submitted by Foothill Boulevard Holding Company, LLC, filed under Case <br />No. P22-1089 <br />4. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Reimbursement Agreement with Union <br />Pacific Railroad Company for staff time associated with the design review of the <br />proposed Quiet Zone, and approve the budget amendment allocating $50,000 from <br />Fund 201 to the Quiet Zone Feasibility Study Project (CIP No. 26510), to fund the <br />Agreement <br />Finance <br />5. Accept the monthly disbursements and investment report for January 2026 <br />Fire <br />6. Adopt a resolution declaring that weeds, dirt, rubbish, and refuse upon or in front of <br />specific described properties within the City constitute public nuisances and that <br />they be abated, and set a public hearing for April 21, 2026, regarding the <br />abatement <br />Public Works <br />7. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a professional services agreement with <br />Bureau Veritas Technical Assessments LLC for the ADA Self-Evaluation and <br />Transition Plan Project, CIP No. 16437, in the amount not-to-exceed $435,276 <br />8. Adopt resolutions initiating proceedings for the formation of Ponderosa–Del Prado <br />Landscape Maintenance District 2026-1 (Ponderosa LMD 2026-1) and Bonde <br />Ranch Landscape Maintenance District 2026-2 (Bonde Ranch LMD 2026-2) <br />9. Authorize the City Manager to execute License Agreements for the use of Santos <br />Ranch Road <br />10. Authorize the City Manager to enter into the second amendment with Vista <br />Universal, Inc. for an increase of $150,000 for Street Light Maintenance for Fiscal <br />Year 2025/2026, bringing the total contract capacity for fiscal year 2025/2026 to <br />$450,000 and the total cumulative compensation amount to $1,350,000 <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />11.
