Hidden Canyon Project Draft EIR Planning Commission <br /> <br />6 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />• The overall adequacy of the analysis for each environmental resource area; and <br />• Issues that may require further analysis. <br /> <br />At this time, the Planning Commission should take public comment on the DEIR. This meeting <br />is not a hearing to consider approval of the project, nor is it the time to discuss the merits of the <br />project. The intent is to collect comments from the public on the overall adequacy of the DEIR. <br /> <br />Next Steps <br />Once all comments are received at the end of the review period, a Response to Comments <br />(RTC) document will be prepared to respond to all comments made on the DEIR during the <br />public review period, including oral comments from this Planning Commission meeting. The <br />RTC document, together with the DEIR, will constitute the FEIR for the project.
