Actions of the City Council Page 1 of 1 June 25, 2025 <br /> <br /> Planning Commission <br />Agenda Report <br /> June 25, 2025 <br /> Item 7 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Actions of the City Council <br /> <br />June 3, 2025 <br />Consent Calendar: <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />Approve professional services agreements with 4Leaf, Inc., Independent Code Consultants, <br />Inc., TRB + Associates, Inc., True North Compliance Services, Inc., and West Coast Code <br />Consultants, Inc., to provide on-call building and fire code plan review, and permit counter and <br />inspection services for the not-to-exceed annual aggregate amount of $1,039,500, for a total of <br />$3,118,500 over the initial three-year term <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Spectrum Community Services for Housing <br />Rehabilitation Program Administration Services for July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, and <br />authorize the allocation of $71,250 in federal HOME funds for housing rehab and repair grants <br />and $23,750 in City Lower Income Housing Funds (LIHF) for Spectrum's administration fees <br />Council approved the consent calendar, as recommended. <br />June 17, 2025 <br />Consent Calendar: <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute professional services agreements for on- <br />call CEQA services with FirstCarbon Solutions, Kimley-Horn, Rincon Consulting, Raney <br />Planning and Management, and Stantec for a not -to-exceed aggregate total of $1,500,000 <br />Council approved the consent calendar, as recommended.
