Energy and Environment <br />Commission Minutes Page 1 of 2 August 13, 2025 <br />ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Wednesday, August 13, 2025 <br />CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br />Vice Chair Nene called the regular meeting of the Energy and Environment Commission to order at <br />5:31 p.m. from 200 Old Bernal, Council Chamber. <br />Vice Chair Nene led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Bowman, Klein, Liu, and Vice Chair Nene <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioners Jaishankar, Lee and Chair Bloom <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />None. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />1.Approve the meeting minutes of May 21, 2025 <br />Recommendation: Approve the meeting minutes. <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Klein/Liu to approve the Consent Calendar, as recommended. Motion passed <br />by the following roll call vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Bowman, Klein, Liu, and Vice Chair Nene <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioners Jaishankar, Lee and Chair Bloom <br />Abstain: None <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />2.Public comment regarding items not listed on the agenda. <br />Vice Chair Nene opened the public comment.
