City Council Minutes Page 1 of 5 November 4, 2025 <br />Item #1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MINUTES <br />Tuesday, November 4, 2025 <br />7:00 PM <br />Mayor Balch called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of 7:00 <br />p.m. from the Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br />Absent: None. <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />None. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Item 5 was removed from the Consent Calendar for further discussion. <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment. The following individuals provided comment: <br />Gabrielle Welk. <br />Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br />Staff reported that a total of 6 protests were received regarding item 3. <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Councilmember Nibert/Councilmember Gaidos to approve the <br />consent calendar as recommended.
