Review modifications to the installed monument sign and proposed canopy, and <br />adopt a resolution upholding the Zoning Administrator’s approval of a Sign Design <br />Review Application (P24-0731) to install new monument, wall, canopy, and pump <br />signage as part of a gas station rebranding for Gulf Gas Station located at 4212 <br />First Street with modifications to the previously approved monument sign <br />5. Adopt resolutions concurring with the Altamont Landfill and Resource Recovery <br />Facility Open Space Advisory Committee's recommended determination that <br />expenditures totaling $271,803 in Altamont Open Space Funds for consulting <br />services are consistent with the Altamont Landfill Settlement Agreement <br />Public Works <br />6. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a purchase order with Belkorp AG, LLC <br />for the purchase of one John Deere 9009A Terraincut Rough Mower in an amount <br />not to exceed $129,161, inclusive of a 15 percent contingency <br />7. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a purchase order with Peterson CAT for <br />the purchase of one Caterpillar 255 Compact Track Loader in an amount not to <br />exceed $200,022,inclusive of a 15 percent contingency <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />8. Presentation of a commendation to Pleasanton Military Families for their years of <br />service to the Pleasanton community <br />9. Public Comment regarding items not listed on the agenda – Speakers are limited <br />to 3 minutes. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br />If necessary to ensure completion of the following items, the Mayor may alter time <br />limits. <br />10. Receive an update on the outcome of stakeholder engagement and facility <br />feasibility and cost analysis, and direct staff to meet and confer with Pleasanton <br />Garbage Service to negotiate a three to five-year extension of the current <br />franchise agreement for solid waste management services in Pleasanton and <br />bring a recommendation back to City Council no later than July 2026 <br />11. Receive a report on the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station Concept Plan and provide <br />direction on preliminary site re-use options <br />12. Adopt the following resolutions: <br /> <br />a. Adopt a resolution to accept the FY 2024/25 year-end operating budget report, <br />approve budget amendments in multiple funds, and designate the General <br />Fund balance
