Resolution No. PC-2025-16 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />that the IS/MND prepared for the Project satisfies the requirements of CEQA and <br />represents the independent judgment and analysis of the City of Pleasanton as the lead <br />agency for the Project. <br /> <br />Accordingly, the Planning Commission finds that there is no substantial evidence that <br />the Project will have a significant effect on the environment <br /> <br />Section 3. The Planning Commission hereby adopts the IS/MND for the Project, <br />including its conclusions and determinations for the reasons stated therein. No <br />additional environmental review and no changes to the findings or determinations in the <br />IS/MND for the Project are necessary or appropriate. A copy of IS/MND for the Project <br />is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 4. The Planning Commission hereby adopts the Mitigation and Monitoring and <br />Reporting Program (MMRP) for the Project, which was made a condition of approval to <br />mitigate or avoid significant environmental effects, and is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit B. <br /> <br />Section 5.
