Ordinance No. 2302
6. Whether adequate public safety measures have been incorporated into the
design or the proposed development plan.
The proposed project's intent is to enhance the safety of the residents on Winding
Oaks Drive by limiting access to the street. As conditioned, the gate will allow first
responders to access the court in the event of an emergency. In addition, the proposed
gate will be required to meet the requirements of applicable City and State codes. As
such, the Council concludes that this finding can be made.
7.
