<br />Ninyo & Moore | Hidden Canyon Residences and Preserve, Pleasanton, California | 403620002 | February 12, 2025 <br /> <br />design-level investigation findings will be used to confirm the prelim inary recommendations for <br />design and construction. <br />GEOTECHNICAL REVIEW CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Following our review, we conclude that the geotechnical consultant has provided preliminary <br />recommendations for slope stabilization and pad preparation that are appropriate for the proposed <br />development. We concur with the consultant that a design -level geotechnical and engineering <br />geologic study is needed for the project. The design-level study should include additional <br />subsurface exploration, laboratory testing, slope stability analysis, and preparation of <br />recommendations in conformance with the applicable version of the California Building Code. <br />LIMITATIONS <br />The geotechnical services described in this report have been conducted in general accordance with <br />current practice and the standard of care exercised by geotechnical consultants performing similar <br />tasks in the project area. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made regarding the conclusions and <br />opinions presented in this report.
