I am also happy that public access will be dedicated as was done with The Preserve development around the <br />corner. <br />I live across the street at Canyon Meadows condos and I am most concerned about the impact on Dublin Canyon Road . <br />It is already very dangerous pulling out into traffic as the commuters speed down the road. A traffic light would be <br />great. <br />I would also like to see developers along Dublin Canyon road being responsible for putting in a sidewalk.
