From: Russ Shiroma <br />To: Natalie Amos <br />Cc: Russ Shiroma <br />Subject: PUD-130, P18-0078/0079/0080/0081, Ponderosa Homes <br />Date: Wednesday, March 13, 2019 ll:20:S9AM <br />Good Afternoon Ms. Amos- <br />I am writing concerning the above mentioned Public Hearing scheduled to take place today at <br />7:00 pm concerning the proposal by Ponderosa Homes. <br />I am one of the representatives for the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses property that is <br />adjacent to this proposal for development and would like to express some concerns we have <br />with this project. <br />As you know, this is not a new request by Ponderosa Homes and they have contacted us on <br />more than a few occasions about this proposal. We have expressed our concerns with the <br />uninterrupted access to our property during and post construction. They have yet to come up <br />with a feasible/ equitable solution that we can agree upon. <br />We are also concerned with the traffic impact and safety to our property. <br />There has not been any recent exchange of communication with Ponderosa Homes to hear <br />any solution to our concerns. <br />We are not sure what this meeting tonight will entail or how much detail will be discussed but <br />we are concerned about this proposed development and wanted to contact you to voice our <br />concerns . <br />I can be reached on my cell at <br />questions. <br />or at home if you should like more details or <br />We appreciate your taking the time to consider our concerns ....
