We will not be able to make the 3/13 public hearing. I <br />wanted to start a thread to provide our comments. <br />EXHIBIT I <br />It is difficult in our area to be a pedestrian. The traffic can get busy and drivers do <br />not stay within the traffic lines. We need the developers to build a sidewalk that <br />will allow pedestrians and runners to safely navigate Dublin Canyon Rd. The <br />sidewalk should extenct p<1st the parcel properties and connect with existing <br />sidewalks. Also, we should consider lowering the speed limit on Dublin Canyon <br />Rd. <br />During the rainy season, water flows down the hills where Ponderosa will be <br />developing. The rainwater channeling in our area is completely broken. The road <br />floods and our property gets extremely muddy. The developer should fix the storm <br />water routing.
