At a <br />minimum, the RMP shall include the <br />following: Party or parties responsible for <br />implementation of the RMP. <br />• Allowed and prohibited activities on <br />preserved lands. <br />• The locations and types of any fencing, <br />signs and/or displays to be constructed on <br />preserved lands. <br />• A monitoring and management plan for <br />non-native and/or invasive species <br />considered detrimental to protected <br />resources (i.e., weed abatement and <br />invasive species removal). <br />• The types, frequency, and timing of any <br />maintenance activities to be conducted on <br />preserved lands (i.e., litter removal, fence <br />or sign repairs, fire prevention activities <br />such as mowing, etc.). <br />• A grazing and/or mowing component, and <br />requirements of any grazing/mowing plan <br />shall also be included. For grazing, this <br />plan shall include applicable stocking rates <br />(based on the best current information), <br />how other sensitive resources occurring <br />on-site such as riparian habitats will be <br />protected (if necessary) and any <br />monitoring requirements, such as the <br />monitoring of Residual Dry Matter (RDM). <br />A mowing plan shall include timing of <br />mowing activities to best enhance habitat <br />for this species. <br />• A mechanism whereby the RMP shall be <br />funded in perpetuity.
