Less than significant impact. <br />Impact AES-3: The proposed project would not in <br />non-urbanized areas, substantially degrade the <br />existing visual character or quality of public views <br />of the site and its surroundings (public views are <br />those that are experienced from publicly accessible <br />vantage point), and would not conflict with <br />applicable zoning and other regulations governing <br />scenic quality. <br />Less than significant impact. MM AES-4a: Adhere to Design Review <br />Processes and Standards <br />As part of the design review process for the <br />proposed project, the applicant shall include <br />the following features in its design review <br />submittal: <br />• Structures facing a public street or <br />neighboring property shall use minimally <br />reflective glass, and other materials and <br />colors used on the exterior of buildings <br />and structures shall be selected with <br />attention to minimizing reflective glare. <br />• Building windows shall be tinted with an <br />anti-reflective material. <br />Less than significant impact with <br />mitigation incorporated. <br />Cumulative Impact Less than significant impact. None. Less than significant impact.
