Youth Commission (with staff liaison): <br />o Create tentative event timeline – November – (Attachment 1 Tentative Event <br />Timeline) <br />o Create event flyer – November – (Attachment 2 Proposed Event Flyer) <br />o Determine application content and distribution – November – (Attachment <br />3 Proposed Event Interest Application) <br />o Review applications and draft job-shadow interests – December/January <br />o Create job shadow catalog and host availability – January <br />o Finalize mock council scenarios, staff coach assignments, and evaluation rubric <br />– January <br />o Staff the event – February. <br /> <br />2.
