Chapter 20.04 (Pleasanton Building Administrative Code), Chapter 20.06 <br />(Pleasanton Existing Building Code), 20.08 (Building Code), 20.10 (Residential Code), 20.12 <br />(Plumbing Code), 20.16 (Mechanical Code), 20.20 (Electrical Code), 20.22 (Wildland-Urban <br />Interface Code) 20.24 (Fire Code), 20.26 (Green Building Code), 20.36 (Security Regulations), <br />20.55 (Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code) and 20.65 (International Property Maintenance <br />Code) of Title 20 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code (Buildings and Construction) are amended as <br />set forth in the attached Exhibit B. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Chapter 18.88 (Off-Street Facilities), Chapter 18.88 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code is amended to be consistent with the Building Codes as set forth in Exhibit C. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br />days after its adoption in “The Valley Times,” a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br />City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City <br />Clerk’s office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
