City of Pleasanton – Exhibit D Contractual Attachments <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT D - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />City of Pleasanton CA <br />Professional Services - IRIS - MaintStar EAMS Integration <br />PPRROOJJEECCTT OOVVEERRVVIIEEWW <br />Develop integration between IRIS and MaintStar EAMS via the REST API interface in MaintStar EAMS. <br />Update and re-configure MaintStar EAMS to facilitate operation with the IRIS integration. Product will <br />take place in three (3) phases each representing a milestone. <br />PPhhaassee II MMiilleessttoonnee <br /> <br />Define, document (requirements traceability matrix) and develop a bi-directional interface between IRIS <br />and the existing MaintStar EAMS at the City of Pleasanton. Final specifications and requirements will be <br />mutually agreed to by the City of Pleasanton and MaintStar and documented and accepted. Acceptance <br />initiates Phase II. <br /> <br />PPhhaassee IIII MMiilleessttoonnee <br /> <br />Configure and update the MaintStar EAMS to optimize operation with IRIS. This milestone includes: <br /> <br />Database <br />1. Importing New Assets into MaintStar EAMS <br /> <br />Preventative Maintenance Templates <br />2. Preventative Maintenance Templates Updates <br />3. Replace Assets on existing Preventative Maintenance Templates as Required <br /> <br />Work Order Updates <br />4. Work Order Screen Customization <br />5. Work Order User Defined Field Updates as Required <br />6. Work Order Closing Condition Updates <br /> <br />Workflow Configuration Updates <br />7. Configuration Updates to Workflow Automation <br /> <br />Phase II will be mutually accepted by the City of Pleasanton and MaintStar. Acceptance initiates Phase III. <br /> <br />PPhhaassee IIIIII MMiilleessttoonnee <br /> <br />At the completion of Phase I and Phase II MaintStar Professional Services to provide five (5) days onsite <br />training and support to the City Pleasanton staff for the smooth transition of the IRIS - MaintStar EAMS <br />integration in the City's Production Environment. Once training is complete and the IRIS - MaintStar EAMS <br />is ready for production, Phase III is complete. <br />AACCCCEEPPTTAANNCCEE AANNDD CCOOMMPPLLEETTIIOONN <br />The IRIS - MaintStar EAMS integration will be transitioned into production after mutual acceptance of <br />Phase III.
