Is this funded from enterprise or CIP funds? A. The City's Stormwater Program is currently funded through the General Fund and is not an enterprise -funded program. A key objective of the Storm Water Management Plan is to evaluate and recommend sustainable funding strategies to support the City's stormwater infrastructure repair, replacement, and capital improvement needs. The Storm Water Management Plan initiative is funded under CIP 25659, with a total budget of $2,200,000 — consisting of a $500,000 carryover from FY 2024/25 and an additional $1,700,000 approved in FY 2025/26. The proposed contract is fully funded and within the approved CIP 25659 budget. How do Pleasanton's new water connection fees compare to Dublin's? A. At the June 3, 2025 Council Meeting, the City's water rate consultant discussed and shared a comparison of Pleasanton's proposed and current water connection fees compared to Livermore and Dublin, based on an equivalent water meter (5/8" meter size). Pleasanton's proposed water connection fee is $5,269 per equivalent meter while Dublin's water connection fee is $15,670 per equivalent meter.
