Each group has been <br />informed of the updated fee structure, and all have been agreeable and expressed an understanding of the <br />need for the changes. They have reviewed and accepted the pricing outlined in the fee chart. <br />The one exception is the Pleasanton Downtown Association, specifically regarding their "Weekends on Main" <br />street closures. Staff waived the fees for the June and August closures and will work with PDA on a smaller, <br />partial closure of Division Street for the Friday Holiday Shopping event in December, in lieu of the full weekend <br />closure. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
