Approve the Don Lewis Harmonic Symphony public art project conceptual design, <br />proposed location, and budget amendments for art acquisition and installation <br />Police <br />13. Adopt a resolution accepting grant funding from the California Highway Patrol <br />Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program in the amount of $150,453.40 and approve <br />budget amendments in the Operating Grants fund <br />14. Adopt a resolution accepting grant funding from the State of California Office of <br />Traffic Safety's Selective Traffic Enforcement Program in the amount of $60,000 <br />and approve budget amendments in the Operations Grant Fund <br />15. Approve and authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Flock <br />Safety Inc. for expansion of the automated license plate reader camera program for <br />a term of five years, not to exceed $639,760 <br />16. Approve a contract with All City Management Services for crossing guard services <br />for a two-year term (Fiscal Years 2025/26 and 2026/27) in an amount not to <br />exceed $876,172, with an option to extend for two additional years <br />Public Works <br />17. Public Hearing - Adopt resolutions approving the 2025/26 Annual Assessments for <br />Landscape Maintenance Districts 1984-1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado), 1993-1 <br />(Windsor), 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch), 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), and 1995-1 (Moller <br />Ranch) <br />18. Adopt Ordinance No. 2296 updating Pleasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 14.16, to <br />conform with obligations specified in the State Water Resources Control Board's <br />adopted Cross-Connection Control Policy Handbook <br />19. Adopt a resolution approving the acquisition of a utility easement with the East Bay <br />Regional Parks District for the Lemoine Estates Bypass Pipeline Project, CIP No. <br />22199, and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement to acquire a utility <br />easement from the East Bay Regional Parks District <br />20. Approve a first amendment to the professional services agreement with SCI <br />Consulting Group, Inc. for $36,270 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $100,960 <br />and extend the term to provide Engineer's Reports and Proposition 218 ballot <br />procedures for the Ponderosa-Del Prado, Windsor, and Bonde Ranch Landscape <br />Maintenance Districts and Engineer’s Reports for the Oak Tree Farm and Moller
