Substitution of Securities in Lieu of Retention <br />At the successful Contractor's option, securities may be substituted for the required <br />retention, in accordance with provisions of Section 22300 of California Public Contract <br />Code. <br />Prevailing Wage <br />In accordance with California Labor Code Sections 1770 et seq., the Contractor shall pay <br />general prevailing rate of per diem wages to all workers employed under this contract. <br />Labor Nondiscrimination <br />The awarded Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the State of California's <br />Standard Specification Code Section 7-1.01 A(4) "Labor Nondiscrimination" under this <br />contract. <br />uestions <br />Questions should be directed to the project engineer either in-person at 200 Old Bernal <br />Avenue, Pleasanton, California, by mail at P.O.
