City Council Minutes Page 6 of 7 June 3, 2025 <br />2.Accept staff recommendation for drought rates to provide an 8 ccf per bill <br />allotment to all customers. <br />3.Accept staff recommendation for connection fees to be calculated based on the <br />hybrid method. <br />Presentation by Water Resource Economics. <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment regarding drought rates. There being no <br />speakers, Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Nibert/Eicher to approve the staff recommendation for drought <br />rates to provide an 8 ccf per bill allotment to all customers. Motion passed by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment regarding connection fees. There being no <br />speakers, Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Nibert/Eicher to approve the recommendation that connection <br />fees be calculated based on the hybrid method.
