Approve flying of the commemorative Progress Pride Flag pursuant to the City's <br />Flag Policy <br />Community Development <br />5. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />6. Review proposals and award a Maintenance Services Agreement to St. Francis <br />Electric for traffic signal maintenance and emergency repair services for a not-to- <br />exceed annual amount of $1,000,000, for an initial two-year term through June 30, <br />2027, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $5,000,000 over the allowable five-year <br />term of the agreement <br />7. Adopt a resolution approving the Affordable Housing Agreement with Square Mile <br />Pleasanton, LLC for the multi-family affordable rental housing project at 3300 <br />Busch Road, part of the Villages at the Quarry residential development <br />8. Adopt a resolution affirming the City’s commitment to take steps toward achieving <br />compliance with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission’s (MTC's) Transit- <br />Oriented Communities (TOC) Policy as a condition for MTC to allocate regional <br />discretionary funding under the TOC Planning and Implementation Grants Program <br />Public Works <br />9. Approve the final map, improvement plans, subdivision improvement agreement, <br />and agreement for completion of improvements for Tract 8676 "Harmony" located <br />at 2025 Santa Rita Road <br />10. Approve a professional services agreement with Diameter Services, Inc. for the <br />water meter and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technical assistance <br />services as a part of the Annual Water Distribution System Improvements project, <br />CIP No. 25183, for the amount of $750,000, including contingency <br />11. Approve the use of the remaining project funds of $72,860 as additional <br />construction contingency to construct a connection to the Firehouse Arts Center <br />parking lot from First Street, along with additional parking for the Lions Wayside <br />and Delucchi Parks Renovations project, CIP No. 06716, for a total project <br />contingency amount of $450,460 <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />12. Presentation of a Proclamation declaring May 2025 as Mental Health Awareness <br />Month <br />13.
