City Council Minutes Page 4 of 7 March 18, 2025 <br />Trust for $75,000, increasing the total not-to-exceed purchase order amount to <br />$375,000 for FY 2024/25 for fleet leasing, vehicle replacement, and compliance <br />with California's ZEV requirements, and approve a budget adjustment of $14,000 <br />from Fund 510 <br />Recommendation: <br />1.Approve an amendment to the purchase order with Enterprise Fleet <br />Management for $75,000 for Fiscal Year 2024/25, increasing the total <br />purchase order amount to $375,000 as needed for fleet leasing, vehicle <br />replacement, and compliance with California's ZEV requirements. <br />2.Approve a budget adjustment of $14,000 in Fund 510, bringing the total <br />FY2024/25 Budget to $375,000 for leased vehicle purchase. <br />12.Approve the purchase of three Ford Police Hybrid Utility Interceptors from National <br />Auto Fleet Group in the not-to-exceed amount of $206,030, inclusive of a 10 <br />percent contingency, and approve a budget amendment in the Police Vehicle <br />Replacement Fund 511 <br />Recommendation: <br />1.Authorize the City Manager to execute a purchase order with National Auto <br />Fleet Group for three Ford Police Hybrid Utility Interceptors in the not-to- <br />exceed amount of $206,030, inclusive of a 10 percent contingency. <br />2.Approve a budget amendment in the Police Vehicle Replacement Fund <br />(Fund 511) by increasing the FY 2024/25 vehicle appropriation by $150,000. <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />13.Public Comment regarding items not listed on the agenda – Speakers are limited to <br />3 minutes. <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment.
