The waterline connection <br />and pump station improvements were recommended <br />in the WSMP as necessary improvements to maintain <br />system reliability and efficiency. <br />Project Funding <br />Water Replace- 421 <br />ment CIP <br />Project Justification: <br />This project will improve service levels and reduce <br />operations and maintenance costs for the City's <br />water distribution system by enhancing fire flow <br />capacity, customer service capacity, and the con- <br />dition of aging assets.
