Your application has been approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. The proposed signage shall conform substantially to the elevation drawings/photos, and related materials, Exhibit B, marked "Received January 29, 2025," on file at the Planning Division. Minor changes to the project may be approved by the Director of Community Development if found to be in substantial conformance with this approval. 2. A Planning Division final inspection shall be required. Prior to final inspection, if applicable, all existing building signs shall be removed and all wall surfaces, including, but not limited to any holes in the wall resulting from its removal shall be patched, repaired, and/or replaced to match the existing wall color and texture to the satisfaction of the Director of Community Development. 3.
