CONTRACT <br /> <br />ANNUAL CURB & GUTTER FOR STREET RESURFACING PROJECT <br />PROJECT NO. 25509 <br /> <br /> <br /> THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this 4th day of March, 2025 by and <br />between Villalobos & Associates, Inc., ("Contractor"), whose address is 7810 Monterey <br />Rd, Ste B, Gilroy, CA 95020, and telephone number is (408) 426-1274 and the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation ("City"). <br /> <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for ANNUAL <br />CURB & GUTTER FOR STREET RESURFACING PROJECT, PROJECT NO. <br />25509, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Work to be Performed. The work will generally consist of: <br />The project replaces concrete in preparation for the City’s annual resurfacing <br />program and will consist of, but is not limited to, replacing 51 pedestrian ramps, <br />approximately 3,500 square feet of sidewalk and driveways, 660 linear feet of <br />curb and gutter, 380 linear feet of median island curb, installation of 7 glue-down <br />ADA domes, and grinding the curb lip flush as well as associated work. <br /> Said work is more particularly shown in the following documents which are on <br />file with the Public Works Department, Engineering Division of the City and are <br />incorporated herein by this reference: <br /> <br />A. Approved Plans and Specifications entitled the ANNUAL CURB <br />& GUTTER FOR STREET RESURFACING PROJECT, <br />PROJECT NO. 25509, and addenda thereto, if any. <br /> <br />B. Contract Change Orders approved by the City Engineer, done in <br />accordance with the Standard Specifications. <br /> <br />C. The elements of the proposal submitted to the City by the <br />Contractor, which the City has accepted. <br /> <br />2. Compensation. The City shall pay the Contractor for work actually performed at <br />the unit prices set out in the Contractor's proposal to the City as set forth in <br />Exhibit A of this agreement and incorporated herein. The quantities of work <br />stated therein are estimates only; actual quantities will be measured for payment <br />in accordance with the specifications. <br /> <br />3.
