ATTACHMENT 1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025 -XX <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO <br />APPROVE APPOINTING THE ASSISTANT/DEPUTY CITY MANAGER AS THE <br />PLEASANTON REPRESENTATIVE ON THE TRI-VALLEY COMMUNITY TELEVISION <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />WHEREAS, Tri-Valley Community Television is a non-profit corporation established to <br />promote and help coordinate the production of community service television in the Tri-Valley area; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the non-profit corporation is governed by a Board of Directors who include <br />representatives from the Cities of Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to continue to exercise oversight of the activities of Tri-Valley <br />Community Television. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1.
