Reduce the swim center hours, close the aquatic <br />center during non-peak times (+3) <br />C2. TOO MANY people (kids included), would be <br />Negatively affected <br />C3. Pool Participants rely on programs to stay healthy <br />C4. Aqua aerobics provides essential health benefits to <br />sr. community <br />C5. This is a terrible solution - why punish seniors and <br />families w/young kids! No! I go to the water aerobics, <br />you already raised fees. <br />C6. This would have a huge trickle down negative result. <br />i.e. property values because it would not be a good <br />place to buy. <br />$1,200,000 <br />Planning and Building: <br />Reduce janitorial services at <br />City Parks and facilities from <br />daily to twice weekly C1. Park restrooms are vital especially if you have IBD <br />$700,000 <br />Planning and Building: <br />Reduce park and trail <br />maintenance <br />C1. Less maintenance is going to cost more later $900,000 <br />Planning and Building: <br />Reduce landscaping services <br />citywide <br />C1. Stop the heritage tree program. <br />C2. Don't plant new trees <br />C3. Impacts to other parks services. If city Staff do this, it <br />won't be safe. Just removing landscaping will make <br />property value go down. <br />$350,000 <br />Planning and Building: <br />Update City Sidewalk <br />maintenance obligations <br />C1. NO -THIS is A SAFETY ISSUE! Most property <br />owners wont maintain. <br />C2. Public Safety - Some cheap homeowners <br />$100,000 <br />Library & Recreation & <br />Human Resources: Reduce <br />Business Partner Support <br />Funding <br /> $200,000 <br />Library & Recreation & <br />Human Resources: Reduce <br />Community Support and <br />Subsidies <br />C1. Help the Museum <br />C2. Save the Museum some of my fondest memories <br />come from learning about Pleasanton beginning so <br />much history can't be forgotten <br />$350,000 <br />Library & Recreation & <br />Human Resources: Reduce <br />or Eliminate Youth and Civic <br />Arts Grants <br />C1. Youth need accessible / affordable options to <br />engage their minds, use their brain, and help them build <br />community and creativity. It's an essential service <br />$100,000 <br />Library & Recreation & <br />Human Resources: <br />Restructure and Reduce <br />Housing and Human Services <br />Grants <br />C1.
