Page 4 of 4 <br />needs. <br /> <br />OUTREACH <br />The City implemented a comprehensive outreach strategy, engaging the community both in- <br />person and online to ensure broad participation in the budget process. Residents have the <br />opportunity to provide input through multiple channels, including public meetings, digital <br />platforms, and direct engagement efforts. The budget engagement tool remains active <br />throughout much of March, allowing community members to share their feedback. Additionally, <br />the budget educational video will continue to be available on the City’s website beyond budget <br />adoption, serving as an ongoing resource for residents to better understand budget basics. <br /> <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />This item aligns with the ONE Pleasanton Strategic Plan goal of Funding our Future and <br />supports financial health and sound fiscal policies.
