RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE AND UPDATING <br />VARIOUS CITY FEES AND CHARGES <br />WHEREAS, the Master Fee Schedule compiles City Council-approved fees for specific <br />City services provided to residents and companies in the community; and <br />WHEREAS, limited tax revenues support these services given the unique benefit to <br />members of the public; and <br />WHEREAS, agencies are allowed to set fees at rates providing fair and reasonable <br />recovery of costs incurred in providing the services, minimizing or eliminating the use of general <br />tax revenues; and <br />WHEREAS, the City conducted an analysis to ensure these fees charged do not exceed <br />the cost of providing services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />The Master Fee Schedule is amended as set forth in Exhibit A. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br />a regular meeting held on January 21, 2025. <br />I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br />foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on January 21, <br />2025, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />_____________________________ <br />Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />___________________________ <br />Daniel G.
