<br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />• Raney will provide the City with the number of copies of the documents as indicated in the <br />technical scope of services. The cost estimate for copying is an estimate only and will be <br />billed to the applicant at actual cost. <br />• Raney assumes that once a Notice to Proceed is issued, the preparation of the <br />environmental documents would be a continuous process without excessive delays. Raney <br />would propose to renegotiate the contract with respect to schedule and cost should <br />substantial delays occur in the processing of the proposed project. <br /> <br />Factors that would increase the scope of work and estimated costs outlined in the proposal include: <br />attendance at additional meetings and hearings, printing of additional copies of reports, analysis <br />of additional issues beyond those discussed in this proposal or a more detailed level of analysis <br />than described in this proposal, additional comments and subsequent revisions or responses to <br />comments, changes in the project, and collection of data required beyond that described in this <br />proposal.
