The Account holder's name who qualifies for the discount by proof of age with <br />government -issued identification, must be on the property title, if owner occupied or appear on the <br />lease/rental agreement. <br />20% - Senior Citizens (65 or older) <br />30% - Low Income Families who qualify for PG&E, AT&T or cable television <br />discounts through either the California Dept of Economic Opportunity, Social <br />Security Administration, or California Lifeline <br />***DISCOUNTS SHALL NOT BE ADDITIVE*** <br />Pleasanton <br />Commercial: <br />Billing Units <br />effective 1/1/24 <br />- All commercial accounts are billed based on water consumption which varies by season and type of usage.
