Electrical Permit Fees <br />Eff 01.01.2024 <br />ELECTRICAL PLAN REVIEW <br />ELECTRICAL PLAN REVIEW FEE: <br />When an electrical plan not associated with a building permit is submitted for <br />75% of Electrical Permit Fee <br />review. <br />1 hr minimum* <br />ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL PLAN REVIEW FEE: <br />Time and Material Basis, <br />Applied to all plan check correction lists in excess of two revised or resubmitted <br />1 -hr minimum* <br />plan submittals, or for revisions to previously approved plans. <br />ELECTRICAL PERMIT FEES <br />Residential Electrical Permit Fee <br />Any permit for Electrical work not itemized, in conjunction with an associated <br />Building Permit in a one -or two-family dwelling, or within a multi -family unit. <br />$120 <br />Non -Residential Electrical Permit Fee <br />Any permit for Electrical work not specifically itemized, in conjunction with an <br />associated Building Permit in a multi -family or non-residential building. <br />$120 <br />Receptacles, lighting switches, luminaires, other electrical outlets or appliances <br />requiring a permit not within a residential unit, up to 20A, each 1,000 ftz of floor <br />$120 <br />area. <br />Electrical ervice Panel or Subpanel, up to 1,000A, each <br />Electrical ervice Panel or 5ubpanel, over 1,UUUA, each <br />Illuminated Signs, Outline Lighting and Marquees, each circuit <br />Busways, each lineal feet or traction thereof <br />Photovoltaic Systems (includes Plan Review Fee) <br />Fees set by State per Gov. 66015 <br />Residential <br />Up to 10kW <br />$450 plus $15/kW above <br />Over 10kW <br />15kW <br />Commercial <br />Up to 50 kW <br />$1,000 <br />Each additional kilowatt from 51 kW- 250kW <br />$7 <br />Each additional kilowatt over 250kW <br />$5 <br />Power Apparatus, Generators, <br />Up to and including 49, each <br />Up to and including 99, each <br />$175 <br />Transformers, etc. (Rating in HP, kW, <br />I Over 100, each <br />$235 <br />or kVA,) <br />:.
