Mr.Seymour manages geotechnical studies,performs geologic mapping and field <br /> investigations,mentors staff,and provides QA/QC services during construction projects. His responsibilities <br /> at Ninyo&Moore consist of technical direction to the staff of geologists and field personnel,and in-house <br /> QA/QC review of investigations and analyses on geologic and geotechnical projects. <br /> Hydrology, Water Quality, and Flooding Specialist (WRECO) <br /> Analette Ochoa,PE,QSD/P, has more than 24 years of experience in hydrologic,hydraulic,and <br /> floodplain analyses.She has extensive experience evaluating project impacts to floodplains,performing <br /> floodplain risk assessments,and preparing Location Hydraulic and Floodplain Impact studies.She <br /> performed hydraulic studies of several stream crossings as part of the US 101/State Route 25 <br /> Interchange Improvement Project.She is also experienced in designing stormwater treatment/green <br /> infrastructure facilities.
