<br /> Founded and incorporated in the State of California in 1982,FCS International, Inc.,doing business as
<br /> FirstCarbon Solutions (FCS),is a California Corporation(California Corporation#1162594)that has
<br /> provided hundreds of local government,state and federal agencies,and private development clients
<br /> with environmental services.We have prepared a full range of CEQA documents for a variety of projects,
<br /> including residential subdivisions, planned communities,mixed-use,retail,industrial,commercial,golf
<br /> courses,transportation facilities,schools,theaters,landfills,dams, reservoirs,cemeteries,churches,
<br /> correctional facilities,and waste treatment facilities. In addition to environmental planning services,we
<br /> also provide air quality and GHG analysis,noise analysis, regulatory compliance,natural resources
<br /> management and biological services,cultural resources management and archaeological services,and
<br /> sustainability planning services. FCS serves clients in the Western United States with a staff of more than
<br /> 100 professionals from offices located in Walnut Creek, Rocklin, Fresno,San Bernardino, Los Angeles,
<br /> and Irvine(HQ). If selected, FCS staff will be able to respond immediately to the City from our Walnut
<br /> Creek office.
