The sites back up to the Iron Horse Trail <br />and front on Rheem Drive, directly across from attached single family units and <br />townhomes. <br />Key Considerations and Feasibility for Site Development: <br />The buildings within this area were constructed in the early 1980’s and are developed <br />with light industrial and warehouse buildings. Many of the buildings are considerably <br />outdated, without any major improvements in recent years. The site is proximate to <br />Santa Rita Road and the 10R rapid bus line. <br /> <br /> <br />
