The site is developed with a <br />large playground and surface parking. The property is adjacent to the Arroyo Mocho <br />Canal (located to the south) and the Tassajara Creek (located to the east). <br />Key Considerations and Feasibility for Site Development: <br />The MCC site consists of a large one-story office building built in 1984. The property <br />owners have indicated that they are interested in rezoning their properties to allow for <br />future residential development. The site is located within Hacienda with a high <br />concentration of office employment and tall, large buildings in the area. A project with <br />density of 12.5 DUA was approved and constructed on the nearby site to the west at <br />5850 West Las Positas, and the adjacent property is zoned for housing at a similar <br />density. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
