Each site has a large <br />proportion of surface parking and is considered underutilized. <br />Key Considerations and Feasibility for Site Development: <br />Each of the two sites were constructed in 1975 and are considerably outdated without <br />any major improvements completed in recent years. The site is within ½ mile of the <br />Dublin/Pleasanton BART station, and a ¼ mile from the freeway on ramp as well as <br />within close proximity to a high concentration of office employment off of Owens Drive <br />and within Hacienda. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
