20.26.060 <br />(Pleasanton Supp. No. 27, 1-22) 804 <br />(Ord. 2226 § 3, 2021; Ord. 2197 § 2, 2019; Ord. 2153 § <br />2, 2016) <br /> <br />20.26.060 Section 5.106.1 amended—Site <br />development. <br /> Section 5.106.1, is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />5.106.1 Stormwater water pollution prevention. <br />Newly constructed projects and additions which <br />disturb less than one acre of land and are not part <br />of a larger common plan of development shall <br />prevent the pollution of stormwater runoff from <br />construction activities and shall be in conformance <br />with Municipal Code Chapter 9.14 Stormwater <br />Management and Discharge Control, or any other <br />requirements in effect at the time of application. <br />(Ord. 2197 § 2, 2019; Ord. 2153 § 2, 2016) <br /> <br />20.26.070 Section 5.408 amended—Construction <br />waste reduction, disposal and <br />recycling. <br /> Section 5.408 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />5.408.1 Construction waste management. <br />As provided in Municipal Code Chapter 9.21, <br />“regulated projects” as defined therein shall com- <br />ply with Municipal Code Chapter 9.21. All other <br />projects that are not regulated by Municipal Code <br />Chapter 9.21 subject to CALGreen requirements <br />shall comply with CALGreen Section 4.408, as <br />applicable. <br /> <br />5.408.2 Universal waste. [A] Additions and <br />alterations to a building or tenant space that meet <br />the scoping provisions in Section 301.3 for non- <br />residential additions and alterations, shall require <br />verification that Universal Waste items such as <br />fluorescent lamps and ballast and mercury con- <br />taining thermostats as well as other California <br />prohibited Universal Waste materials are disposed <br />of properly and are diverted from landfills. For <br />a phased project, such material may be stockpiled <br />on site until the storage site is developed. <br /> <br />Exception: Reuse, either on- or off-site, of vege- <br />tation or soil contaminated by disease or pest in- <br />festation. <br /> <br />Notes: <br />1.
