Said retroactive approval of the OASAs in the West of Foothill/Sunol and Happy Valley areas is • conditioned upon the following: a) Any and all terms and conditions as set forth in the service agreements between Pleasanton and the subject property owners;and • b) The City of Pleasanton shall obtain any required retroactive approvals from the Livermore- Amador Valley Water Management Agency for OASAs providing for sewer service; 3. For the approved service connections that are outside Pleasanton's existing sphere of influence, LAFCo encourages Pleasanton to obtain pre-annexation agreements from property owners at the time that those properties are added to Pleasanton's sphere of influence. 4. Consideration of the OASAs in the Remen Tract is continued until after Staff works with the City of Pleasanton and the County of Alameda to conduct a community meeting to discuss possible annexation. 5.
