Said retroactive approval of the OASAs in the West of Foothill/Sunol and Happy Valley areas is <br /> • <br /> conditioned upon the following: <br /> a) Any and all terms and conditions as set forth in the service agreements between Pleasanton <br /> and the subject property owners;and <br /> • b) The City of Pleasanton shall obtain any required retroactive approvals from the Livermore- <br /> Amador Valley Water Management Agency for OASAs providing for sewer service; <br /> 3. For the approved service connections that are outside Pleasanton's existing sphere of influence, <br /> LAFCo encourages Pleasanton to obtain pre-annexation agreements from property owners at the <br /> time that those properties are added to Pleasanton's sphere of influence. <br /> 4. Consideration of the OASAs in the Remen Tract is continued until after Staff works with the City <br /> of Pleasanton and the County of Alameda to conduct a community meeting to discuss possible <br /> annexation. <br /> 5.
