I own the office building at 235 Main St. The front of the building faces Main St,with parking completely around the building.The building for 40+years has been an office building with accounting, insurance, real estate,attorney and other office type businesses. It has never been a retail location,will the current proposal change how this building is zoned,or if sold will it only be a retail or restaurant going forward.
